An accidental overwrite used to mean rebuilding your email from scratch. You can now see every saved version of an email or template, preview it and restore it in a couple of clicks. Your current version stays in the history, so nothing is lost. Find it under .

List Management users (Owners and Admins)

Sending to a hand-picked group, like event attendees or a pilot team, previously required adding a custom column to your CSV in order to have something to filter on.

You can now upload a CSV and save those contacts as a static list, ready for sending as-is. Unlike dynamic lists, static lists don't pick up new recipients automatically, so your audience stays exactly as you built it.

You've told us the image editor could do a lot more, and we agree. Instead of patching the old one, we built a brand new Image Editor from the ground up, so we can keep adding the things you ask for, faster.

The beta already lets you crop, make circle or rounded-corner images, remove backgrounds, and build collages of up to 9 photos, all without leaving your email. Open it from in the top bar of the Email Builder.

The original image editor in the image block still works during beta, and there’s nothing to switch on. Once the new editor is ready, it will replace the old one.

Your audio summary reaches your whole audience, so it needs to be on message and pronounced right. You can now preview the audio in the editor, read the transcript, and edit it before you send, whether that’s fixing a mispronounced name or adding a key detail the summary missed. You can also change the Listen button’s label and icon. Learn how.

In the Gmail Web App, only emails sent with Individual tracking could be resent, so an Overall tracking send meant rebuilding the whole email to reach your list again. You can now resend to the same recipients straight from your Sent Emails library.

Resending to unopened recipients still needs Individual tracking, since Overall tracking does not record who opened.

Insights Assistant can now answer link performance questions, for a single campaign or across multiple campaigns. Ask something like:

You get a ranked breakdown with a chart in seconds, and you can narrow it by date range or tag.

Results respect your existing campaign visibility, so you only see links from campaigns you already have access to.

: Plans with List Management

can now answer questions about who is engaging, not just which campaign performed. Ask how opens and clicks break down by department, job title, office location, or any other field in your Directory — within a single campaign or across emails sent within a date range — and get a ranked comparison back in seconds. Try "What segments are we tracking?" to see what segments you already have synced. Then follow up with "Which department had the lowest engagement last month?" or "How does engagement differ across locations?"

To get started, your organization needs Segmented Email Stats set up in your Directory. If any campaign in your date range used Anonymous tracking, segments with fewer than 10 recipients stay hidden to protect recipient privacy.

All plans, Analytics dashboards

Back in July we said saving multiple custom analytics dashboards was coming. It's here, and each view remembers its own filters too.

Create up to 20 views from the picker next to Customize, name them for how you actually work, and switch between them in one click. Team, date range, tag, and campaign search all stay with the view, so your view opens with its filters already applied. Nothing to save, on any device.

Sharing views with your team is still on the list. Tell us how you'd want that to work!

: List Management users, Admins & Owners

You can now save your column layout in the , so the fields you use most stay right where you want them, without re-arranging or scrolling every time you come back.

Head to the tab in the Directory, arrange your columns and sidebar the way you like, then scroll to the bottom of the table. You'll find three new buttons:

Once saved, your layout loads automatically the next time you open the Recipients tab. It sticks around through browser refreshes, logging out and back in, moving around the app, and even switching between teams.

Following up on an important email used to mean exporting a list of non-openers and rebuilding your campaign from scratch. Now you can resend any sent email — to all recipients or just the people who haven't opened it — right from the library. Update the subject line and preview text if you'd like, hit , and your follow-up is on its way.
