All plans, Analytics dashboardsBack in July we said saving multiple custom analytics dashboards was coming. It's here, and each view remembers its own filters too.
Create up to 20 views from the picker next to Customize, name them for how you actually work, and switch between them in one click. Team, date range, tag, and campaign search all stay with the view, so your view opens with its filters already applied. Nothing to save, on any device.
Sharing views with your team is still on the list. Tell us how you'd want that to work!

: List Management users, Admins & OwnersYou can now save your column layout in the
Directory
, so the fields you use most stay right where you want them, without re-arranging or scrolling every time you come back.Head to the
Recipients
tab in the Directory, arrange your columns and sidebar the way you like, then scroll to the bottom of the table. You'll find three new buttons:- Save Columns– stores your current column layout and sidebar state
- Restore Columns– snaps back to your last saved state
- Reset Columns– returns everything to the default configuration
Once saved, your layout loads automatically the next time you open the Recipients tab. It sticks around through browser refreshes, logging out and back in, moving around the app, and even switching between teams.

All Teams
toggle from any team's Analytics page to see data across the entire org in one place. It works everywhere in Analytics, including Dashboards:
- Report Builder:every team's campaigns show up together, with a new Team Name column so you know who owns what
- Saved Reports:all of the org's saved reports appear on one page. Reports saved with All Teams on are viewable by Admins; Managers and Basic Users can still see them, but only their own team's analytics
- Dashboards:All Teams shows up as a filter instead of a toggle, so Admins and Owners can switch between their team's view and the full org
Note:
the first time you toggle All Teams on, it may take a moment to load while we pull all of the data. After that, switching it on and off is quick.Availability:
