For orgs without ConfidenceCheck AI, you previously had no central place to review links before sending. Now, even without AI enabled, you can access a single list of links in ConfidenceCheck, so you can:
- see every link in your email at a glance
- hover to preview the destination URL and click to open the page in another tab
- click any row to jump straight to it in the editor
No AI analysis — just a clean list for easy self-review before you hit send.

You can now connect your HRIS directly to ContactMonkey, securely syncing your full directory on setup and letting automatic updates handle the rest.
With 80+ HRIS integrations supported, there's a good chance yours is already on the list! Reach out to your Customer Success Manager to check availability and get started.

Translating each language one-by-one in a multi-language email was slow and click-heavy.
The 🌐 icon in the top nav now houses all your translation actions - and on the primary language page, the new
Translate All
and Reset All
options let you action every language at once. Secondary language pages now have
Translate
and Reset
nested under the 🌐 icon (one extra click there), but the new all-in-one actions on the primary page hopefully save far more clicks overall. Tucking these related actions under one icon also helps free up space in the top nav as we continue adding new features!

No more downloading, resizing, and re-uploading. Connect your Canva account once, and your designs are ready to browse and drop into any email — right from the editor. On-brand, every time.
Don't see it yet? Reach out to your CSM or email support@contactmonkey.com, and we'll get you set up.

You can now delete your integrations directly from ContactMonkey, no longer needing to reach out to our support team!

Where to find it:
Navigate to
Settings
→ Integrations
, find the active integration you want to remove, and click the Delete button on the card. A confirmation email will be sent to your inbox once the the deletion is complete!See instructions in our Help Center documentation for more info.
You can now add authorized senders by team name, making it faster to manage Send As Permissions for large groups. This update eliminates the need to manually add senders one by one, saving you time when setting up communications.
What’s new:
- Search by team:Find and select entire teams within the Authorized Sender modal to assign permissions instantly.
- Bulk assignments:Selecting a team automatically authorizes every member of that group in the background. No visual changes will occur beside that individual user's name.
- Centralized management:Maintain control by viewing team memberships under your Roles & Access settings to ensure the right people have access.
How to get started
Search for a team name in the Authorized Sender search bar when enabling permissions. For a refresher on who belongs to which team, head over to Settings > Roles & Access.
ConfidenceCheck has quickly become a go-to safety net before hitting send, and now it’s even more powerful.

Duplicate Send Protection
We know how stressful accidental double-emails can be for both you and your recipients 📨
To help keep your inbox reputation pristine and your team in sync, we’ve introduced a real-time duplicate send alert.
What’s Changing?
Starting today, if you attempt to send an email with a subject line that exactly matches another email sent by anyone in your organization within the last 20 minutes, a confirmation modal will appear.
How it Works:
- Our system automatically scans your org’s sent history the moment you trigger a campaign.
- If a match is found, you’ll see a pop-up warning you of the potential duplicate.
- You can choose to stop and review your campaign or, if the send is intentional, proceed anyway.
We've improved how Team Template permissions work to give Managers the access they need and provide a clearer experience for all users.
What's new
- Managerscan now edit Team Templates for any teams they belong to
- Basic Usersnow see a read-only preview when viewing Team Templates, with a clear message explaining their access level
Why this matters
Previously, Managers and Basic Users would encounter confusing error messages when trying to save changes to Team Templates. This update eliminates those errors and ensures everyone has the right level of access:
- Managers get the editing permissions they need to maintain templates for their teams
- Basic Users see a helpful view-only experience with clear messaging: "View-only access. Only the creator, a Manager, or an Admin can edit Team Templates."
